On fire with this Challenge!

So yesterday I posted about Tabata, a quick 4 minute workout you can do at home.  If you fancy another short workout, try this series of BodyRockTV workouts.  I have gone through it a few times and sometimes I just pick a random one to do.  They are short 12 minute workouts and again great to help you fit exercise into a busy schedule.

 Some of the exercises are a little tricky to get your head around but persevere - it's a great all over body workout. Its a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) work out so you need to go for it during the exercises!  You can easily do this at home and get creative with alternatives to some of the equipment they use.  Get up, chuck on something to exercise in (it could be just your pants) and get it done!
