Not for the fainthearted, these are tough. It makes me a laugh when they say "light dumbbell" add the guy has picked up a 15KG set. I do this with a 5 KGs set tops! For some who train with me the exercise alone without weights is enough or just using some weights for the first section and leaving them on the floor. Not a massive fan of the name but, I do like this exercise! Very important to do this one correctly so might be worth having a friend check your form or doing it in front of a mirror.
