I am trying to find a few exercises that I haven't tried before and this one looks interesting. He makes it look so easy but it took a few attempts and a lighter kettlebell to get this right.
I think its better to start on a lighter weight than you think you need to do a new exercise. Even if you find it too easy, at least you have been able to concentrate on getting your form correct.
Anyone got any suggestions for other kettlebell exercises I could try?
