I think like a lot of women I find myself looking at other women and wishing certain parts of my body looked like theirs. 
I have a big bum and I am happy to embrace that but I want to change the shape of it - lift it and smooth out the lumps and bumps.

I have put together a workout to target my butt.

Do three sets of 15 repetitions of each exercise and make sure you add weights!

1. Squats (thrust your hips forward when you stand up to engage your glutes)
2. Donkey kicks
3. Sumo squats
4. Romanian deadlift
5. Bridge
6. Bulgarian lunge - (back foot on raised surface e.g. step box) do three sets on BOTH legs
8. Fire hydrant - do three sets on BOTH legs
9. Two footed donkey kicks
10. Sumo squats

Tabata - 20 seconds of exercise - hard as you can go - 10 seconds rest x 8.
