Motivation - earning my dinner!

Tomorrow I have a post about MyFitnessPal but today I wanted to share the positive impact the app had today.

As I shared earlier my salad plans for lunch went out the window. Having dutifully added my food intake into MyFitnessPal, I was left with just under 300 calories for dinner.

Well, I got off my backside, fixed the puncture on my bike that happened on the 11th of Jan (I haven't fixed one for years) and did 40mins on the turbo. Yes the shorts are hideous #garagechic


I enjoyed my Joe Wicks Chinese chicken skewers after that!
