So I did start this two week ago (as you know I am catching myself up) but I didn't own this board last week. I managed to lose 3 lbs the first week and 2 the second. Yay! 



Whoop whoop! It makes it feel all with while! This is a better feeling than I get from binging on crisps and then getting guilty!
