My neighbour is doing RED January where you Run Every Day. She suggested I do it, but I am not a huge fan of running. When I do run, I know it burns lots of calories and helps to shape my legs and waist but I also find it very painful and not in satisfying post exercise way.
On the few occasions I do run, I have noticed that if I keep a slow and steady space I have a better chance of preventing the pain. So 8 am on a Saturday (after getting home at midnight and woken up early by the kids) I find myself outside in the drizzle going for a run!
