Exercise of the day - the Deadlift





The deadlift is an exercise I have been working into my boot camps.  I think I may need to go a little heavier with the weight I am using (about 12kg at the moment).  I tend to do higher repetition lower weights but as one of my goals is to be stronger I think I need to up the weight?
