Exercise of the day-to-day Mountain Climber



I have a love hate relationship with the mountain climber exercise its hard, but I find it absolutely fantastic for my core. Plus it gets my heart pumping! It's an exercise I like to include in a boot camp circuit. 40 seconds of exercise 10 seconds of rest and then on to the next exercise. I usually put it between two exercises that use weights.
