Exercise of the day - Kettlebell Swing



Kettlebell swings are a great all over workout - hitting your legs, core, back, shoulders and arms.  Some do the American version where the kettlebell is swung higher, but I have read that if you have a weak back you should only swing to shoulder height.  Again this is an exercise that I include in a boot camp circuit.
